The Summer Roll Up process is essential for a school to action every year, in preparation for September. This ensures that your leavers have been removed, your classes have moved up and your new starters have been added to ParentMail.
The attached user guide provides you with information to complete your Summer Roll Up. It includes preparation tasks that may be applicable to you (such as moving leavers into a leavers groups or adding pre-admissions, etc). Additionally, it provides a step-by-step process for the Summer Roll Up Wizard which guides you through the process.
The Summer Roll Up Process should be completed by the main Administrator for the ParentMail account who ideally deals with school data.
