If you have changed your Management Information System, it is imperative that you don't attempt to import data form your new MIS without contacting us first.
The ID's stored in ParentMail originate from the previous MIS. If you change MIS and import data into ParentMail yourself, then all users in ParentMail will be duplicated and it will result in a major clean up task, especially if you are using Online Payments. If you contact us first, this will avoid all data issues as we will reset the ID's to allow for the data to be safely imported into ParentMail and complete the necessary data checks to ensure the data is correct.
