We recommend running the following reports on a regular basis. Please see this article for instructions on how to run a report.
Parent - Connection Status Report
Run this report frequently to check the connection status for contacts, such as Connected, Not Connected or Unsubscribed. Use this report to then target the parents that still need to register, they will be shown under the connection status of Not Connected.
Parents with Missing Contact Information
This is a useful report to run on a monthly basis (for example) to identify users with missing contact information that may prevent them from receiving either email or SMS communications.
Pupils That Require Email Paper Copies
This report lists students who do not have a contact on ParentMail or their contact is missing an email address. It will also list students that have requested printed copies of communications. You can use this list to encourage users to provide an email address to reduce printing/posting costs and your carbon footprint.
Verified User Changes
This report lists any changes made by admin users or registered contacts via ParentMail. This report can therefore be used to identify any changes that will need to be made to your MIS system.
