You will need to ensure that the correct permissions have been assigned to enable you to install the MIS Link. Typically these permissions would be applied to your organisation administrator.
- Search for, then select the required user. Click the Actions button then select Permissions from the drop-down menu.
- From the Edit Users Permissions window, expand Manage Settings and ensure that the MIS Integration is set to Grant.
If you have granted this permission, the user will need to refresh their ParentMail account to update on their screen.
